Our primary intention on the Kerala Sacred Sap Retreat is to introduce you to your deepest state of relaxation, rejuvenation, and renewal. We will never force anything, whether in yoga, in play, or in our daily schedules. The ayurvedic practices of rejuvenation (rasayana) encourage you to release all tension while on retreat. Sleep as much as possible, nap if you like, eat slowly, recieve the love and ojas of the oils and therapist’s touch during your massage treatments, slow down, move and breath slowly and naturally. Take in more than you give out.
